Why the scope is deliberately narrow

A second independent question does not merely add work; it mixes evidence logics. Additional markets, business units or service concepts are therefore handled through a change order or a separate sprint. Evidence, responsibility and the management decision remain unambiguous.

The sprint is smaller than a full implementation because it should justify the larger commitment only after the decisive assumption has faced reality.

The fixed fee is not a visible day-rate model. It represents a standalone decision product with a clear delivery boundary — not discounted pre-sales for a later programme.

50% is due on commissioning and 50% at the Management Decision Readout. The second payment does not depend on GO, revenue, market success, pilot approval or follow-on work.

The readout creates no automatic follow-on engagement. Only where the evidence justifies it is a controlled pilot, another Evidence Cycle or an operating-model step defined.
