The challenge

  • Technicians often arrived without a complete diagnosis and had to return after obtaining the right parts or information.
  • Digital provisioning and documentation demanded skills that were not the technicians’ primary strength.
  • A remote-access platform would create little value unless the service process itself changed.

What JCIM did

    JCIM worked directly with service technicians to understand how installation, diagnosis, preparation and documentation happened in practice.

    JCIM moved digital provisioning, customer assignment and connection orchestration into the existing support centre.

    JCIM redesigned the installation and service process jointly with Bosch, automating parts of pre- and post-documentation.

    JCIM structured the rollout, trained technicians and supported adoption across service, operations, IT and security.

    The new model preserved technicians’ hardware and safety expertise while removing avoidable digital and administrative overhead.
